Adults

We believe that our faith should continue to grow throughout our lifetimes. At GCC we want to help you with that growth. We offer several programs to help make that happen.

Adult Sunday School
Each quarter adults can choose from a variety of topics that will help them grow in the Lord. Subjects range from things such as marriage enrichment to financial help, from growing in your walk with God to specific books of the Bible and more. Sunday School takes place from 9:15 to 10:15 in between our two worship services.

Women’s Fellowship Circles
These groups meet on the first Wed. of the month at 1:00pm and 6:30pm to study God’s Word and become more informed about a variety of mission fields.

Women’s Bible Study
Women's Bible Study meets the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday mornings at the church from 9:15-10:30. Come dig into God’s word with other women seeking to follow Christ.

Men’s Ministry
We started a new Men's Fraternity program this year. It is designed to help men grow in their faith and be the Christian men that God wants them to be. It meets on Wednesday mornings at 6:15 a.m. during the school year.

Periodically we also have events for men to come together and just be men. They range from events such as canoe trips, mission trips, community outreach, special events, and “manly” things like fishing, hunting, and athletic events.  We desire for our men to be strong followers of Christ.

Ministry Opportunities
We have a wide variety of opportunities for service. It takes a lot of people to make everything run smoothly. Where is God leading you to help? Here are a few possibilities: worship team, building and grounds,  greeters, nursery, hospitality and many more.

Prayer Ministry
At GCC we believe that prayer is “powerful and effective.”  Prayer is really the foundation of everything we do.

Prayer Room
The church has a prayer room that is available anytime the church is open. It is a relaxing atmosphere designed to bring you into the presence of God.

Special Prayer Events
We have periodic special events to help our congregation focus on prayer. In the past we have done 24/7 prayer events, concerts of prayer, and brought in special speakers to help develop our prayer lives.
